Policies and Exchanges
We at All Wet Beachwear want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the case you are not, you can do the following:
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, not including shipping and handling fees, for orders shipped to: FLORIDA
Credit Card Charges
We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you.
Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed online. Please note that the purchase of a gift card is non-refundable.
Credit to Your Account
If your initial purchase was made with a credit or debit card, your credit will be issued to the same card.
If your initial purchase is subject to a store credit, the full amount of the credit will be made available for your next purchase. If your future purchase is less than the existing store credit, the remaining store credit will be available for another future purchase. If your future purchase is more than the store credit, then we will charge your credit card for the difference.
New orders are processed during normal business hours and are typically fulfilled within 2 business day unless an item is backordered. Items listed as pre-order or backordered will be shipped as soon as the items are available. Occasionally, due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may in fact be out of stock at the time that you place your order. In such instances, we will notify you and will ship your order as soon as the item is available.
We will exchange the size or style only if we are contacted within 15 days of the delivery date. All items must have the original tags attached and liners in place. Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted and returned at the clients' expense.
In order to exchange an item, you must call us within 15 days of delivery to be assigned a return authorization number (RA). This number must be clearly written on the front of the return package. Any item returned without a return authorization number will be refused. We must receive the return within 15 days of the time the authorization was issued or the RA will be voided. All return delivery charges are the responsibility of the client and will be charged to your credit card. Once we receive your return, we will determine that the item is in the same perfect condition in which it was sent to you.
Any client doing excessive exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from All Wet Beachwear.
If you are within the timeframe, feel free to send back your item with the mail courier of your choice. Unfortunately, we regret to inform our customers that shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are a cost incurred to ship your item.
Apparel which has been soiled, mishandled, abused, wadded up, laundered or is missing the tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he or she will forfeit all claims.
All refunds are subject to a $20 restocking fee, and the remaining value of your item will be returned to your card on file. This is because we sell luxury items in a fast moving market.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns and exchanges.
All Wet Beachwear holds a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.
All defects or damages must be identified and issued a return authorization number within 15 days of delivery by the client.
Due to the differences in Internet service and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in reality.
All Wet Beachwear is a retailer of designer swimwear and apparel and not a designer or manufacturer. All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability and are in no way warranted as complete. The individual designer or manufacturer of that item provides item information and All Wet Beachwear will not be held responsible for misinformation provided to us.

Buying Items on CLEARANCE or SALE:
Clearance (or sale) items are only available for exchange. Unfortunately, NO REFUNDS may be granted on these items due to the discounts provided upon purchase. Make sure you get your clearance item back to us within 15 days from shipment date in order to process your exchange request. Clearance products marked as "final sale item" will be final, meaning no exchange, store credit, or refund may be granted. You may find out if an item purchased is final sale by looking at the product’s description.
Most of the designer swimwear we represent is constructed of the finest imported fabrics, trim and custom hardware. All of the suits we represent can be worn in pool or ocean water.
Always rinse your suit immediately in clean cold water after wearing it in salt water to avoid damage to hardware finishes.
All swimwear should be cared for in the same manner as fine lingerie.
Hand wash only in cold water using very mild soap, shampoo or specialty lingerie detergent.
Do not use woolite, bleach, laundry detergent or any type of stain remover.
Lay flat or hang to dry. Separate top and bottom so colors do not bleed.
Do not use a dryer or blow dryer as they may cause damage to the fabric, hardware and inner plastic components.
Note: hot tubs and swimming pools will increase suit wear. Dark and bright colors will fade quicker and is not considered a manufacturers defect. Suntan lotions and oils may stain and can be harmful to the life span of your suit.
Please pay close attention to the size charts, which have been provided by each individual designer. The lines we carry generally fit slightly skimpier and sexier than traditional department store lines.
